Change and Return

Number plates are non refundable as they are custom made (bespoke products) and cannot be restocked or re sold. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the item arrives damaged you are entitled to a replacement or refund under The Sales of Good Act 1979.  Please call 01628 540033 or email info@easynumberplates.com should you have any issues. Once your returns approved you can login to your account start the process.

What should you do? Login to our website. Once logged inside your private area, please access the orders menu.

Inside the orders list, please seek the order you want to make the return and click the button “Return items”. Select the product you want to return within the order. Select return cause within the pull-down menu. Select the type of return: money refund or change for another size or color. If the return is a size change or color change, please select the model you want to make the change from the pull-down menu that appears on the screen when selecting the option. Click the “Confirm Return” button.
